Hemcore is proud to Sponsor Grand Prix Dressage rider and Trainer, Beverley Brightman. Beverley began her career in horse trials where she evented at up to four star level. However a cross country accident in 1995 ended her eventing carreer. Proving how determined she was to get back in the saddle,a year later she started the sport of dressage. In 1997, she took over the ride of Master Doruto from Delia Cunningham, and this schoolmaster took her up to Grand Prix level. From here she bought her now well-known grey horse, Arlequin, and trained him to the same level. He is now 19 years old and still going strong. As well as her top horses, Beverley also has a yard of promising young horses at home in Colmworth, Bedfordshire. Beverley has competed internationally and was on the British Team for the CDIO in Poland in 2003. She was place 10th in the final Olympic trials for Athens 2004 and in the past 10 years has competed in the Dressage National Championships every year bar one. Beverley said... "I am delighted to be involved with Hemcore as it is such an environmentally-friendly product and, as well as being dust-free, it works out cheaper for me than shavings. It also seems to help keep my top horse, Arlequin, who is grey, a bit cleaner!"
